Position: Patient Service Call Agent- Full time
About: Salem Clinic Call Center located at 1940 Fairgrounds Road Ne, Salem, OR 97301 is seeking dedicated Call Agents to join their team. As the first point of contact for patients, call agents play a crucial role in scheduling appointments, relaying messages, and providing assistance in a professional and supportive environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience dealing with the public in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment or office setting; ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously; ability to process a large amount of incoming calls; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as a team participant
