Position: Patient Scheduling – Hospitals and Clinics

Requirements: Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent; Preferred – Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field; Patient Scheduling Representative: Minimum – Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment; Patient Scheduling Specialist: Minimum – One (1) year of previous experience in an office or customer service environment; Preferred – Previous experience working in healthcare, scheduling patients, and answering phones
