Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field preferred; Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment for Patient Scheduling Representative role; One (1) year of previous experience in an office or customer service environment for Patient Scheduling Specialist role; Experience in healthcare and scheduling patients preferred
