Requirements: High school/GED plus 4 years of experience in customer service, call center, business office administration, registration, billing, insurance, or scheduling; Associates Degree plus 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, business office administration, registration, billing, or scheduling; Bachelor’s Degree; Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; Well-developed decision-making skills; Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; Highly motivated and self-directed individual with proficient computer and keyboard skills
