About: The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Patient Relations Representative for the Patient Access Medical Access Out Patient Authorization team. UAMS offers a collaborative health care environment focused on improving patient care and the lives of Arkansans.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare, or related field; three (3) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle-related functions; ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; excellent customer relations skills
