Position: Patient Registrar II-Rio Rancho Family Practice

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 18 months of work experience in office, healthcare, with a strong customer service background; must pass EPIC competency for Registration at completion of Epic Clerical Training class. Requires general knowledge of the customer encounter process including scheduling, registration, contract requirements, financial guidelines, coordination of services, and billing processes.
