About: The Patient & Family Concierge provides compassionate service and support to patients, families, and visitors at a healthcare facility, aiming to create a top-notch experience. They assist in destination coordination, environmental services, dietary support, patient transport, and supply/equipment management with a primary focus on ensuring patient and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Requirements: High school diploma or active enrollment in High School/GED program; one year of previous job experience in lieu of HS Diploma/GED; ability to follow written and verbal instructions; Driver’s License required for patient transportation
