Position: Patient Experience Navigator- Willingboro Emergency Department, Per Diem
About: Virtua Health is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and caregivers, assisting them in assessing physician services and facilitating appointments and referrals. This position acts as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal customer outcomes within Virtua.
Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience required; pleasant and professional phone skills with good diction, tone, and pace; strong written and communication skills including grammar and spelling; ability to work quickly and make accurate decisions; proficiency in using general office equipment including multi-line telephone system.
