Position: PATIENT EXPERIENCE CONCIERGE
About: Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking an individual with a customer service background to provide support to patients, families, and care team members, ensuring a positive impact on the overall patient experience. This individual will facilitate communication among team members, prevent and resolve patient and family concerns, and collaborate effectively with ancillary team members, clinicians, and leaders at the hospital.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; 3-5 yrs experience in conflict resolution/high level customer service
