About: HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Patient Experience Concierge to join their team and provide exceptional service to patients and their guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; Hospitality degree preferred; Minimum 3 years of patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience required; Previous Patient Access experience preferred
