Position: PATIENT ACCESS SERVICE REP, FCP – SOMERS OTOLARYNGOLOGY
About: The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) role is available at Froedtert Health, located at the CP-SOMERS MEDICAL OFFICE BLDNG facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This position focuses on delivering exceptional patient service and support, ensuring a positive and welcoming patient experience both in person and over the phone.
Requirements: A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service field is required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; effective communication skills, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare preferred
