Position: Patient Access Representative II
About: Kenosha Community Health Center is seeking a Patient Access Representative II to work at their 22nd Avenue Location. The center aims to provide exceptional patient care and create a welcoming and healing environment for all patients, working in partnership with clinic staff and leadership.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; six to twelve months of related experience preferred; customer service experience in a clinical setting preferred; ability to use computer software such as Word and Excel; prior experience with Electronic Health Record preferred; Annual Maintenance of Certified Assistance Counselor Certification required
