Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years previous hospital billing, insurance follow-up, or customer service in a hospital setting; strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Commercial rules and regulations; exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
