Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen; strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavors; ability to maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation; excellent leadership, training, and communication skills
