Position: Pastry Sous Chef – Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

About: The iconic Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. The hotel boasts 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including various dining options like a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pastry preparation and production essential; strong focus on quality, consistency, and hygiene; ability to collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and lead a team; innovative mindset with a passion for new flavors and techniques; excellent supervisory and training skills
