Position: Pastry Sous Chef – FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
About: Eataly Net USA, LLC is looking for a skilled Pastry Sous Chef to oversee the production of all pastries, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci. The role reports directly to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef de Cuisine and involves managing a pastry team in a restaurant production setting at Eataly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pastry production and kitchen management; strong knowledge of Italian pastries and desserts; excellent communication and leadership skills
