Position: Pastry Sous Chef – FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
About: Eataly Net USA, LLC is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to oversee the production of various pastries for their establishment, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci. This role reports directly to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef de Cuisine, managing a pastry team in a dynamic culinary environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in pastry production and kitchen management; excellent knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients; strong leadership and team management skills
