Position: Pastry Sous Chef – FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
About: Eataly Net USA, LLC is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to oversee the production of all pastries, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci. This position reports directly to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef de Cuisine and involves managing a pastry team in a restaurant production setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pastry production; strong leadership and management skills
