Position: Pastry Sous Chef – FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
About: Eataly Net USA, LLC is currently seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to oversee the production of various pastries, including Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci. This role reports directly to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef de Cuisine, managing a pastry team in a dynamic culinary environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; at least 3 years of experience in pastry production; strong knowledge of Italian pastry techniques and ingredients; excellent leadership and team management skills
