Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen; in-depth knowledge of pastry and baking techniques; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; a culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
