Position: Pastry Sous Chef

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pastry/bakery, preferably with large production volume managing a team of at least 15 members; Full knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times; Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field; Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks; Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency; Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, or push as needed; Flexibility in working different shifts (night, weekends, holidays); Leadership skills within a team and a team player
