Position: Pastry Sous Chef

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pastry/Bakery preferably with large production volume managing a team of at least 15 members; Full knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times; Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field; Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks; Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency; Position requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull, or push as needed; Flexibility (different shifts – night, weekends, holidays); Be a leader within your team and a team player
