Position: Pastry Sous Chef
About: The Pastry Sous Chef supports the Executive Pastry Chef in leading the pastry program, ensuring the production of high-quality desserts, baked goods, and plated presentations in a refined, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: 3+ years of pastry experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role; Strong technical skills in classic and modern pastry techniques; Preferred experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants, hotels, or bakeries
