Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of statutory requirements for health and safety, sanitation, chemical usage, and fire procedures; familiarity with HACCP program; ability to operate kitchen equipment effectively; proficiency in English language; basic/intermediate math skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; adherence to policies and procedures; attention to detail and quality standards in food production
