Position: Pastry Production Manager
About: As the Pastry Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation and direct supervision of the production process within the Pastry department, ensuring quality preparation of all menu items and adherence to food safety regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining department standards and providing excellent service to guests.
Requirements: At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience performing similar duties; Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume bake shop preferred; Knowledge of food cost controls; Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations; Ability to work all stations on the line; Demonstrated problem-solving abilities; Experience in providing high levels of guest service; Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Effective communication skills in English; Ability to obtain and maintain required work cards
