About: The Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Central Bakery are offering exciting opportunities for pastry enthusiasts to showcase their skills in various culinary environments. Hourly positions range from working on the Pastry Line/Dinner Cook team to creating high-end specialty desserts for Banquets and Fine-Dining restaurants.
Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old; passion for pastry and baking; minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field or equivalent education; ability to follow recipes in a high-volume setting; strong multitasking and teamwork skills; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
