Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role; Passion for Pastry & Baking and delighting Guests with food; Strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, and working in banquet and restaurant environments; Minimum 2 years of experience in the culinary field, restaurant, or Culinary Degree and equivalent experience; Ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment; Multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment; Demonstrates a desire to provide excellent guest service and be part of a team; Strong listening skills and ability to take direction
