Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age; Passion for Pastry & Baking; Strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, and banquet/restaurant environments; Minimum 2 years of culinary experience or Culinary Degree; Ability to follow recipes in a high-volume setting; Multitasking skills in a fast-paced team environment; Strong desire for excellent guest service; Strong listening skills and ability to take direction.
