Position: Pastry Lead – $25/hour
About: This full-service hotel is seeking a pastry/baking professional with in-depth skills and knowledge to consistently meet and exceed guests’ needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food production, quality, and training within the department, and should possess culinary education, communication, computer, organizational, guest contact, and teaching skills. 3 years of high-volume pastry experience or related hotel experience is preferred, with the ability to provide guidance in the absence of a supervisor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of high-volume pastry experience or related hotel experience; strong skills in pastry and baking operations; ability to maintain consistent product quality; monitoring food production, quality, and department training; effective communication and organizational skills
