Requirements: 4 years of experience; Excellent production skills for high-end pastries; Knowledgeable of different techniques and cuisines; Hands-on, motivated team member; Able to supervise, motivate, and lead a team; Result-driven; Able to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment; Able to work independently and in a team; Committed to delivering an outstanding quality product while adhering to all food safety standards; Have a high level of quality standards; Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Have a creative and innovative approach to problems; Willing to improve internal efficiencies
