About: Hard Rock is seeking a Pastry Cook to join their kitchen staff team. The Pastry Cook will assist in the production and design of pastry cakes and various desserts in food outlets, prepare a variety of desserts according to recipes, follow set standards for dessert and pastry preparation, ensure proper labeling, rotation, storage, and maintain quality inventory control.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pastry and dessert preparation preferred; ability to follow recipes and quality standards; knowledge of proper food storage and inventory control practices
