Position: Pastry Cook (Sausalito, CA)

Requirements: A degree in Culinary Arts with 2 to 5 years experience or on-the-job training as a pastry cook in a fine dining restaurant; Good knowledge of hot and cold pastry preparations; Knife skills and cooking terms essential; Knowledge of sanitation rules essential; Ability to read and interpret documents and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees; Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
