We seek enthusiastic and experienced food & beverage champions to join our team at a stunning new lobby restaurant featuring coastal Italian cuisine. Requirements: Must have previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced kitchen environment; Understanding and knowledge on how to use and maintain all equipment in the station; Ability to cook food items as required by managing Chefs in a clean and timely manner; Knowledgeable in classic and modern cooking methods and techniques; Trained palate and ability to produce consistent and correct flavor profiles; Maintain consistent and correct plate presentation; High school diploma or equivalent
