About: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is looking for a Pastry Cook to join the LPM Restaurant team. As a Pastry Cook, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by showcasing your culinary artistry. From mixing and baking to crafting stunning desserts, you’ll set the stage for excellence with every creation, combining your passion for baking with precision and skill.
Requirements: One year of experience working in pastry production; Pastry skills experience specializing in plated desserts high-end production, such as upscale or fine dining restaurant; Proficient in a wide range of baking and pastry techniques; High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
