About: You will be a part of the culinary team at CoralTree Hospitality, crafting distinctive dishes and providing an authentic food experience for guests. The position involves planning, prepping, and preparing quality products in the Pastry/Bake Shop, in line with departmental standards.
Requirements: Previous upscale hotel experience; A minimum of a high school diploma; Required certification to Handle Food; Fluency in English; Ability to comprehend and follow recipes; Excellent customer service and communication skills. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization; Meet with Chef to review assignments; Prepare dessert menu items; Produce centerpieces; Maintain storage procedures; Positive guest relations.
