Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; thorough knowledge of menus and food preparation techniques; proficiency in baking, poaching, deep-frying, and cooking doughs and pastries; understanding of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests; multitasking and prioritization skills; flexibility in working hours; ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
