Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; thorough knowledge of menus and food preparation techniques; proficiency in baking and cooking; ability to follow recipes and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen; warm and friendly demeanor with effective communication skills; multitasking and prioritizing abilities; attendance at required meetings and trainings; adherence to grooming standards and hotel regulations; problem-solving and initiative-taking skills; ability to stand for entire shift and withstand temperature variations
