Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; thorough knowledge of menus and preparation techniques according to hotel standards; proficiency in baking, poaching, deep-frying, and par-cooking; experience in the preparation of doughs, yeast products, pastries, and bakery items; ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the kitchen; familiarity with Health Department and Company regulations regarding food safety and storage; effective communication and multitasking skills
