Position: Pastry Cook II (On Call) – Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas
About: Hilton, a renowned global hospitality company known for its luxurious full-service hotels, resorts, extended-stay suites, and mid-priced hotels, is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join their team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and baking pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial success in line with Hilton’s standards of excellence and innovation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role; knowledge of food sanitation standards and procedures; ability to develop new pastry products; familiarity with food storage regulations; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
