Requirements: Pastry diploma or degree preferred; Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience with strong knowledge of classical French desserts, chocolate handling, sugar work, mixing techniques, recipe preparation, piping, cake building, mousses, custards, sauces, chocolate tempering, sculpting, creation of amenities, handling pop-ups, over-night baking, restaurant desserts, ability to work under pressure, operate kitchen/pastry equipment, basic mathematical skills, obtain Food Handler’s Card, physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and push carts weighing up to 200 pounds, fluent in English, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
