Position: Pastry Cook I

About: A Pastry Cook I is responsible for creating, preparing, producing and baking all pastries, breads, rolls and desserts for food and beverage outlets in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in pastry preparation; knowledge of food safety regulations; ability to follow recipes and quality standards; attention to detail; effective communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical stamina and dexterity; creativity in developing new pastry items
