Requirements: Machine operated bakery equipment requires 18 years or older; previous pastry experience is preferred; works well independently and in a team, following Chef direction; English literacy and ability to do basic conversions for recipes; dependable with a strong work ethic; attention to detail and a sense of urgency; understanding of kitchen utensils, equipment, safety, and sanitation practices
