Position: Pastry Cook / baker
About: The Club’s upscale pastry shop is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pastry Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry, bakery, or culinary, preferably in fine dining settings like country clubs, luxury hotels, or fine dining restaurants. A culinary degree is a plus. This role offers the opportunity for creativity and involvement in menu design.
Requirements: One or more years of experience in pastry, bakery, or culinary in a fine dining or upscale casual setting; eager to learn and follow recipes with precision; ability to maintain production of restaurant desserts in-house; organized, methodical, and efficient worker; able to work independently or as part of a team with a sense of urgency; familiarity with inventory management and production standards
