Requirements: Required knowledge, skills & abilities: A minimum of two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and pastry; basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling; positive energy and teamwork mentality; ability to understand cooking directions and communicate effectively; flexible schedule including mornings, days, weekends, and holidays; physically able to stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
