Position: Pastry Cook

Requirements: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of all pastry competencies; Advanced understanding of pastry principles and formulas; Minimum two years of experience in fruit coulis preparation and show-pieces training; Minimum one year experience in a pastry supervisory role and in a high-volume culinary environment; Minimum two years of overall culinary experience; Culinary School 2-4 year degree or foreign equivalency
