Position: Pastry Cook (5AM-2PM)

Requirements: Education/Formal Training: High school education or equivalent experience; Experience: Minimum one year food service or related work; Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with kitchen staff; Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry food items weighing up to 70 lbs, with periodic climbing and continuous standing required; Environment: Work inside 100% of the 8-hour shift, dealing with varying temperatures from -10 degrees in the freezer to over 100 degrees on the front line.
