Position: Pastry Cook
About: We are a culinary establishment with three restaurants, catering, and event spaces, dedicated to creating a collaborative and skill-focused team experience. A Pastry Cook position is available, responsible for daily food preparation and execution in their station, following recipes and directions from Pastry Chefs to deliver extraordinary dining experiences. The role also involves embodying our culture and values, promoting a positive work environment, and demonstrating leadership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of pastry experience preferred; knowledge of pastry concepts, practices, and procedures; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; organized and detail-oriented; proficient in using specialty equipment; excellent communication and teamwork skills
