About: Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking an Advanced Level Pastry Cook 4 to join their culinary team, responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts for guests.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen; strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment; a creative flair and passion for pastry arts; exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational and time management skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus; Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
