Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education required; formal culinary training preferred or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience; fluency in English required, proficiency in other languages preferred; attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in job performance; ability to prioritize, organize, and follow-up; clear thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work cohesively in a team environment, follow directions thoroughly, and maintain confidentiality; demonstrated experience in project management, leading and developing people, and strong communication skills; flexible availability for days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
