Located on the Las Vegas Strip at the Paris Hotel & Casino, the menu features classic, French favorites, including Onion Soup Au Gratin, Steak Frites, and decadent Profiteroles. An extensive selection of more than 80 boutique French wine varietals is available for guests to enjoy, served by the glass or bottle from our signature rolling wine cart.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a pastry kitchen preferred; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends; strong communication skills; capacity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment; physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
